Initially walking in the office. The receptionist was pleasant. When asked who I was there to see or my appointment, she took the time to listen. The wait was short and the nursing staff was courteous and patience I find when you are a senior citzen people no longer take the time to listen to you. All of the staff including the physician asked questions and took the time out to listen. I highly recommend LaBanks Medical Services.
